Students may be asked for their name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and other relevant information.

The information provided by Students will be used solely for the purpose of student registration and administration within Asian College Foundation. We may utilize Students' email addresses to send them information and updates related to their registration, respond to inquiries, and fulfill other requests or questions.

We implement appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices as well as security measures to safeguard against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Students' personal information, usernames, passwords, transaction information, and data stored on our System.

We may share generic aggregated demographic information, not linked to any personal identification information, with our trusted affiliates, business partners, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

As a responsible educational institution, we adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect or maintain information from individuals under the age of 13. Our System is not structured to attract anyone under 13.

By utilizing our System, Students acknowledge their acceptance of this policy. If Students do not agree to this policy, we advise them not to use our System. Continued use of the System following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.
